Help me build this web site by adding your thoughts, ideas, and comments.

My hope is that I will have few likeminded friends help me build this site to help to improve my Jury Education Program. This is where the students can give feedback and share what they know tohelp all of us learn.

If you would like to help, apply to be a writer and you will be able to add your own content, thoughts, and ideas.

On the Navigation panel over to our left is a list of some of the areas I am working on now. Click on one of them and consider adding your two cents worth. Together we can make the Jury Education all it can be and help transform our country back to being the envy of the world.

Day 8: Your Jury Handbook

…each juror has more power than the President, all of Congress, and all of the Judges combined! Congress can legislate (make law), the President or some other bureaucrat can make an order or issue regulations, and Judges may instruct or make a decision, but no juror can ever be punished for voting "not guilty!" Any juror can, with impunity, choose to disregard the instructions of any judge or attorney in rendering his vote. If only one juror should vote "not guilty" for any reason, there is no conviction and no punishment at the end of the trial.*
